While we assist clients in applying for properties, we do not guarantee approval, availability, or specific outcomes. Final decisions remain with third parties such as real estate agents, property managers, and landlords.
Rental applications are submitted with clients as tenants, sometimes alongside a Find My Home representative as co-tenant to support the application.
We may request information about your current living situation, financial position, and rental history to determine whether we are able to assist you.
All fees are non-refundable in line with our Refund Policy below.

If your application is declined, you may apply again for another property under the same agreement at no extra application fee.
